Binay Warrier is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in loyalty management and customer-centric solutions, currently serving as Vice President of Loyalty Management Solutions at IBS Software since April 2004. Binay has held multiple leadership roles, including Associate Vice President of Global Loyalty Practice and Director of Global Loyalty Practice, where responsibilities encompassed client engagement, product vision, and global sales enablement. Key achievements include managing major transformation initiatives for prominent clients such as Qantas Loyalty and Air Canada, along with overseeing strategic account management and innovative product development. Binay's earlier experience includes roles such as Technical Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, emphasizing success in implementing various IBS products for airlines across Europe, as well as serving as a Lecturer in Computer Science at Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology. Binay holds a Master of Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras.
