David Schaff has extensive work experience in the field of consumer insights and market research. David began their career as an intern at General Motors in 2001, where they gained valuable experience in consumer insights and strategy. David then joined The Clorox Company in 2003 as a Market Research Manager before moving on to WhiteWave Foods in 2006, where they became the Director of Consumer Insights and Analytics. In 2016, they joined mindsight llc. as the Director of Consumer Insights. Most recently, David Schaff has been serving as the Vice President of Research & Insights at Ibotta, Inc. since 2018, where they contribute to the development of an AI-powered network that enables brands to deliver digital promotions to consumers and track their performance.
David Schaff completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Marketing / Marketing Research from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Japanese & Business Administration from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 1998. In 1996-1997, David also studied at Shinshu University in Nagano, Japan, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language and Business.
