Shayenna Misko is a Lead UX Researcher at IBM, specializing in enhancing the trustworthiness and transparency of Generative AI within the watsonx.governance team since January 2021. Previously, Shayenna served as a UX Researcher focusing on data governance and data science, addressing the regulatory aspects of AI solutions. Prior to these roles, Shayenna interned as a Design Research Intern on Data & AI Governance at IBM Deutschland Research & Development GmbH in 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Communication Design from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design from the same institution, complemented by studies at Universidad de Sevilla.
