Sandra Ellett-Salmoran has extensive experience in compliance and development management within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance and Development Manager at IBM since March 2020, Sandra oversees compliance programs for Key Protect, enhancing the integrity of hosted data. Previously, Sandra held multiple roles at Raising the Floor from 2015 to 2020, contributing to a major project on computer accessibility funded by the US Department of Education. Prior to that, Sandra managed IT projects for the Texas Department of Public Safety as an IT Project Manager at Kaeppel Consulting and was instrumental in the development of the agency's first public mobile app. Sandra's career at IBM began in 1993, culminating in a position as Director of POWER Firmware Development, where significant contributions were made to POWER Systems Development. Educational credentials include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and Old Dominion University, respectively, along with specialized leadership training from UCLA Anderson School of Management and McKinsey & Company Academy.
