Renee Schlechta serves as Vice President of Talent Management at Kyndryl since April 2023, focusing on developing Senior Learning and Development Consultants into strategic advisors. Prior to this role, Renee spent over a decade at Boeing in various senior management positions, including Learning and Development Senior Manager and Global Talent Management HR Transformation Senior Manager, where efforts included expanding L&D operations and redesigning talent processes to improve employee experience. Earlier experience at Monsanto Company involved human capital metrics design and recruitment strategy execution. Renee holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Webster University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Columbia College.
