Pierpaolo Rizzo is an experienced banking and advisory professional, currently serving as CEO of IBL Real Estate at Gruppo Bancario IBL Banca and Group Chief Operating Officer. Rizzo has a significant background in organizational leadership, previously holding the position of Head of the Organization Department at IBL Istituto Bancario del Lavoro since February 2011. Additionally, Rizzo is the Chairman of MoneyTec since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG, where Rizzo advanced from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager, specializing in Business Process Reengineering and performance improvement. Rizzo's earlier career includes managerial positions at KPMG Consulting and Arthur Andersen. Rizzo holds an MBA from STOA' in Naples and a degree in Banking, Financial, and Insurance Economics from Università del Salento.
