Sam Johnson serves as the Industry Team Leader and Custom Research Coordinator at IBISWorld since August 2016, managing a team of industry analysts while providing mentoring and training. Responsibilities include coordinating the custom research function, researching macroeconomic and industry-specific data, and overseeing product development. Previous experience at IBISWorld includes roles as a Senior Industry Analyst and Client Relationship Manager, where Sam specialized in writing industry reports, conducting media interviews, and managing client portfolios. Prior to joining IBISWorld, Sam worked as a Reservations Consultant at Colonial Tramcar Restaurant Company. Sam holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Economics and Finance from RMIT University.
