Charles Williams is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at IBCC Industries, Inc. since May 2023, Charles previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Signicast Investment Castings from July 2019 to May 2023. Additional roles include Director at the American Foundry Society Wisconsin Chapter and Manufacturing Engineer at the Aluminum Foundry of Wisconsin. Charles began their career in academia as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Rapid Prototyping Center, where involvement in advanced research in additive technologies took place. Charles holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
