Andria Balaguer has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Andria started their career at Signature Flight Support in 1991 as an Operations Coordinator before advancing to the role of a Customer Service Representative in 1994. In 1998, they joined IBC Airways as the Director of Sales.

Andria Balaguer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University between 2002 and 2004.
