Iris V. is an experienced professional in sustainability management and education, currently serving as a Dozentin and Consultant at WBS GRUPPE since December 2021, focusing on CSR, sustainability management, and due diligence under the CSRD and LkSG frameworks. Additionally, Iris V. holds a position as a Hochschuldozentin at the Institut für berufliche Hochschulbildung since July 2021, and as an Education and Training Specialist at IBB Institut für Berufliche Bildung AG since December 2020, where responsibilities include course development and strategic consulting on climate protection and sustainability issues. Serving as a European Climate Pact Ambassador for the European Union until June 2024, Iris V. has also contributed to various organizations including Women Empowered Global and the Institute of Adult Education - Protestant State Church, where leadership roles encompassed project management, organizational development, and educational program design. Iris V. holds dual Magister Artium degrees in Political Science and Indology from the University of Tübingen and a qualification in Tourism and Event Management from IHK Akademie Schwaben.
