Cecil Patton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and the insurance industry. Since 1991, Cecil has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Financial Software Innovations, Inc., focusing on software solutions for the insurance sector and unclaimed property across various industries. Additionally, Cecil has been the Owner/Operator of Rancho Milagro Harper since 2010, specializing in raising Registered Morgan Horses and Barbado Blackbelly Sheep. Active in professional circles, Cecil volunteers with IASA, holding positions on the Exhibits Committee and the Chapter Advisory Committee, and received the 2008-2009 Volunteer of the Year award. Previous roles include Developer/Programmer at Rudd & Wisdom Actuarial Consultants and a programming management position at American Founders Life Insurance Company.
