Salvador Loffredo has over 23 years of experience in customer experience and call center management. Currently serving as Gerente de Customer Experience at IASA since March 2013, Salvador has been responsible for the implementation and administration of a new IP communication system, along with the development of Contact Center processes for collections, lead management, sales, and services. Prior to IASA, Salvador worked at Grupo TvCable as Jefe Call Center Internacional, overseeing the administrative and commercial aspects of the international call center and developing marketing strategies. Salvador's career began at American Call Center, where responsibilities included supervising customer service campaigns, controlling telemarketing processes, and analyzing market behavior. Salvador holds a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad EspÃritu Santo.
