Alejandra Quintero Gallego is a human resources analyst with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as an Analista de talento humano at IAS SOFTWARE since October 2021, Alejandra previously held the position of Analista de selecci贸n de personal at Grupo R茅ditos for a brief period in August and September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Profesional de selecci贸n, formaci贸n y desarrollo at On Vacation Hoteles from April 2019 to April 2020, where responsibilities included talent attraction for commercial and administrative areas, as well as training in product knowledge and soft skills.
