Tim Hardie has extensive experience in the property sector, currently serving as Team Leader (Corporate) and Team Leader (Independent) for the Yorkshire Region at iamproperty & iamsold since October 2012, alongside a role as Auction Specialist. Prior to this, Tim was employed at Santander from July 2010 to October 2012 as a Telecommunication Sales Representative, excelling in sales and developing training materials. Tim also held a position as Collections Executive at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial from June 2009 to July 2010 and began a career as a Junior Building Surveyor and Administrator at Provision UK from June 2004 to September 2009. Tim's educational background includes a BSc in Estate Management from Northumbria University, completed in 2010, as well as foundational studies in Business Administration and Management at Birkdale High School.
