Idrissa Tao has extensive experience in the mechanical and maintenance field, currently serving as a Technicien Fiabiliste Principal at IAMGOLD Corporation since August 2013, with prior roles including Technicien Fiabiliste and Mécanicien de maintenance. Previous positions include qualified mechanic at COBUTAM and maintenance mechanic at Groupes Hage Industries, along with early experience as an intern in electromechanics at Sonabel and operator profiling at Groupe Hages. Education includes a Brevet d'Etudes Professionnelles in Maintenance Industrielle and a Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle in General Mechanics from the Collège d'Enseignement Technique de Ouagadougou, as well as a CEP+ET from EPP de Tchériba.
