Erin Gooch is a seasoned professional in sustainability and climate projects, currently serving as Principal Sustainability & Climate Projects at IAG since 2010, where significant contributions include leading the Climate Adaptive Homes portfolio and establishing impactful partnerships across sectors. Erin's initiatives, such as the "StormCheck" pilot and the "Get Prepared" app developed in collaboration with the Australian Red Cross, demonstrate a commitment to enhancing community resilience against climate change. Previous roles include leadership positions focused on social impact measurement and community engagement, with early career experience in trusts and events at the Children’s Cancer Institute and media relations at Synergy TTL Sports Marketing.
