Dania Hafeez is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as an Advisor for Executive Talent at IAG since November 2023, focusing on talent identification, development, and succession planning. Previously, Dania worked as a Talent Management Consultant at Abacus Consulting, where responsibilities included job analysis, evaluation, organizational design, and skill gap assessment from February 2022 to February 2023. Prior roles include Business Researcher at Researcher Academy Placements and Research Associate in Human Capital Solutions at Abacus Consulting, with earlier experience as a Project Intern - Consumer Insights at Nestlé. Dania holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organisation from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the Lahore School of Economics, in addition to participating in the Global UGRAD Exchange Program at the University of Minnesota Morris.
