Nina Lindroos-Kopolo is an experienced consultant with a diverse background in governance, management systems, and technical assistance projects, currently serving at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since September 2022. Previous roles include working as a Senior Management Specialist at IAEA, where advisory services improved management systems and project effectiveness, and as a consultant for Stepwise Governance, where gender studies were developed for Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana. Additional expertise was gained through extensive consulting for the OSCE, where contributions to the OSCE Handbook on Combating Corruption and the restructuring of socio-economic activities were significant, and previous positions included strategic roles at MONDUS Limited and consultancy at UNDP and UNIDO.
