Milena Drace is an experienced professional in knowledge management and human resource development, currently serving as a Project Officer and previously as an Associate Knowledge Management Officer at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since January 2018. Prior to this, Milena contributed to the IAEA as a Consultant focused on knowledge management and human resource development from September 2015 to January 2017. Milena's career also includes roles as a Human Resource/Recruitment Consultant and Coordinator at Options Consulting Solutions from July 2007 to September 2013. Milena holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from York University, a Master's degree (MSc) in Human Resource Management from the University of Buckingham, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College.
