Rania Musallam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer engagement, currently serving as the Member Engagement Director for the Middle East & India at World Commerce & Contracting since June 2023. With a strong background that includes a tenure as Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers from March 2011 to October 2020, Rania has demonstrated expertise in fostering customer relationships, achieving record sales figures, and expanding market territories. Earlier in their career, Rania contributed as an Inbound Outbound Call Center Executive at Gemma Communications from June 2002 to June 2010, where responsibilities included managing customer interactions and identifying sales opportunities. Rania holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University (2021-2023) and has completed various degrees in science and programming from Concordia University and Vanier College.
