Amber Murat MSEd, PHR, CPC, ELI-MP is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the VP of People at IAB since May 2022. Prior to this role, Amber held the position of Director of People & Culture at Sollis Health, where strategic HR initiatives were developed to align with business goals during high-growth phases. Amber's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Organizational Development & Learning at St. Joseph's Health, where infrastructures facilitating healthy organizational growth were established, and leadership training programs were implemented. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager at Centerlight Health System, focusing on employee recruitment, diversity, and tailored learning solutions. Amber holds a Master of Science in human resources development from Fordham University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from William Paterson University, complemented by a PHR prep course from Pace University.
