Aphrodite Biswas is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Research Development Process Engineer at i3 Pharmaceuticals, LLC since June 2021. Aphrodite has a background in process design, manufacturing, and optimization of solid-oral dosage pharmaceutical products, leading process performance evaluations for ANDA/NDA projects before and after FDA approval. Previously held roles include Process Development Scientist, Process Development Intern, and various leadership positions in AIChE and student organizations at Penn State University, demonstrating strong capabilities in outreach, research, and peer coordination. Aphrodite holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Engineering Leadership Development from Penn State University, alongside a high school diploma in Engineering Science and Physical Sciences.
