Abby Dammeier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Abby began their career in the United States Air Force as an OSI Special Agent and later became a Case Officer, leading special mission groups and supporting CI cases. After leaving the Air Force, Abby worked at URS Corporation as an Executive Administrative Assistant and then as a Program Management Support Specialist, responsible for contract development, security clearances, and employee training. Abby then joined Preting Consulting as a Senior Resource Manager, Recruiter, and Hiring Manager, overseeing DOD contracts and managing day-to-day operations. Abby also worked at IT Concepts, Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and is currently employed as a Talent Acquisition Manager and FSO, responsible for talent acquisition strategies, employment branding, recruitment processes, and protecting sensitive and classified information. Throughout their career, Abby has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Abby Dammeier began their education at the United States Air Force Academy, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Foreign Area Studies from 2000 to 2004. Abby then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Colorado State University, completing it from 2008 to 2010.
