IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. The Project Manager must have experience managing Information Technology related projects. Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies. Must have experience in tracking budget, costs, schedules and performance progress. Must be able to identify and mitigate risks. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all assigned tasks through to completion, and adhere to schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Develop project charters, facilitate kick-off and status meetings, and maintain clear communication about project expectations and roles.
• Conduct regular and formal reviews with both project sponsors and the VA PM.
• Develop and maintain project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and schedules.
• Monitor project milestones, identify potential schedule risks and issues, and manage cost, resources, schedules, and technical challenges.
• Notify VA management of any critical issues and develop project management plans.
• Participate in the development of project standards and procedures.
• Manage approved change orders, track project metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
• At the completion of each project, provide a Project Completion Status Report detailing objectives achieved, project metrics, and stakeholder feedback.

Location: This position can be performed in a remote setting within the US and will be supporting Eastern Time working hours.
