Jen Riley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at I Squared Capital since July 2022, Jen previously worked in a family office from November 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included general HR functions. Prior experience includes roles as an HRIS Specialist and Human Resources Associate at the Union for Reform Judaism from July 2016 to September 2019, Human Resources Generalist at Park Avenue Synagogue from May 2015 to July 2016, and Human Resource Associate at Hearst from September 2013 to May 2015. Jen began the HR career as a Human Resource Intern for the Town of Mount Pleasant during the summer of 2013.
