James Bartlett has worked at two companies in their career. James started working at KPMG in 2000 as part of their Audit & Assurance department, and stayed there until 2002. James then moved on to I-Fulfilment, where they started as the Managing Director in May 2002. In December 2023, they were promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer, a role they currently hold.

James Bartlett attended Canford School from 1991 to 1996. James then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter, which they completed from 1997 to 2000.
