Maximilian Holstein is an accomplished design professional with a diverse background in industrial design and strategy. Currently serving as a Design Strategist at Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center GmbH since April 2023, Maximilian has previously held various positions at N+P Industrial Design GmbH from October 2019 to April 2023, including Industrial Designer and Junior Designer. Prior experience includes a trainee role at IFID - Institut für Innovation und Design and a student internship at 國立交通大學. Maximilian's career began at Daimler AG, where foundational experience was gained as a Production Worker and Technical Apprentice in the Mercedes-Benz Engine Plant. Educational achievements include a Diplom in Industrial Design from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and a vocational training as a Model Maker at Daimler AG.
