Kristen Reedy has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Field Operations Manager at Hyundai Motor America since December 2011, previously holding the position of District Parts & Service Manager. Under Kristen's leadership, achievements include attaining the Number 1 position in National Sales Performance in 2017, reaching the top DPSM position nationally based on key performance indicators in the same year, achieving 100% dealer enrollment in Hyundai's CarCare Express program, and being selected as one of ten District Service Managers for Hyundai's Field Advisory Team. Prior experience includes working as Parts & Service Operations Manager at Ford Motor Company from 2009 to 2011. Kristen Reedy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.
