Shelly Gray currently serves as an Assistant Manager at Hyundai MOBIS since March 2024, bringing extensive experience from a longstanding role as a Staff Engineer at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama, LLC, where employment began in May 2004. In this capacity, Shelly has led significant initiatives such as the Shift Rotation Study and the development of training programs for leadership, while also managing budget and business planning for the Frame Assembly Department.
