Morten Vindum Melchert has been employed at HMM since August 2015, where currently serves as an Ausbilder Schifffahrtskaufleute and Schifffahrtskaufmann, focusing on export customer service in Hamburg. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, confirming and verifying bookings, and overseeing the integration of IT developments. Morten has expertise in various booking fields, including standard, hazardous goods, reefer, breakbulk, and out-of-gauge bookings, alongside the implementation of EDI tools and the review of export and customs documents. Morten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics Management from the International School of Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Logistics & Supply Chain Management at the same institution. Additionally, qualifications include a Hazardous Materials Certification and a Cambridge C1 Advanced in English for Business.
