Mohamed Essam is an experienced professional in the tourism and customer service industries, having held various positions since 2009. Currently, Mohamed serves as a Customer Service Supervisor at HMM and as an Export Executive at KADMAR GROUP since April 2020. Previous roles include Travel Counselor at Intratour, where responsibilities included organizing honeymoon packages and issuing tickets using Sabre and Amadeus systems, and Travel Consultant at Lucky Tours and Pearl Travel, focusing on hotel bookings, limousine services, and tourism package sales and marketing.
