Charlie Lougheed is an advisor at Hyr Medical and a founding partner of Ten09 Consulting LLC. Charlie has over 20 years of experience in innovation and marketing strategy.

Charlie started their career as an adjunct faculty member at Case Western Reserve University, where they developed and facilitated engaging classroom sessions using the Socratic method. Charlie also identified capstone project sponsors, screened proposals and coached students throughout their projects.

In October 2015, they founded Ten09 Consulting LLC, where they help organizations develop and implement new strategies and processes for consistent, breakthrough innovation. Charlie partners with their clients and helps them cultivate the knowledge and skills necessary for disruptive, radical and architectural innovation. Charlie also works alongside their clients to develop new products, institutionalize new processes and transform their organizational structure and culture.

Some of their notable clients include an $8B global food & beverage company, a $500M global beauty and cosmetics conglomerate, and a $20B consumer products manufacturer.

Charlie Lougheed has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with a focus in strategy, finance, and entrepreneurship. Charlie also holds an M.S. in industrial & systems engineering from The Ohio State University, and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Charlie is certified by APICS in Certification in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM), by Deloitte Consulting in Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, by Harvard University in Harvard Leadership & Management Essentials, by the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) in New Product Development Professional (NPDP), by Darden Executive Education in Specialization in Design Thinking and Innovation (4-Course Program), and by Deloitte Consulting in Supply Chain Management Fundamentals.
