Michael Kearns is the Founder and CEO of Virtasant, a provider of cloud optimization and operations services. Since 2020, Kearns has led a global team in assisting companies to thrive in the cloud. Kearns serves as a Governing Board Member for the FinOps Foundation and previously held key leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager at Toptal Enterprise, Principal at ThoughtWorks, Managing Director at Slalom Consulting, Director at Accenture, and Manager at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants. Kearns holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and has a foundational degree from the University of Michigan.
