Jon Covey serves as the Director of Technology at Hyperquake since January 2023. Previously, Jon held various leadership positions at Encore Technologies from March 2014 to December 2022, including Director of Apple Services and Manager of Apple Services, where responsibilities encompassed operations management, service delivery, team leadership, and technology solutions implementation. Earlier experience includes roles as On-Site Support Team Leader and Systems Engineer I, focusing on OS X Server management and technical support. Prior to Encore Technologies, Jon worked at Northern Kentucky University as Lead Technical Support Specialist, overseeing a desktop support team, and at Cengage Learning as Tier 3 Software Support Lead, specializing in Macintosh software installations and troubleshooting. Educational achievements include an A.A. in Integrated Studies in Natural Science and Mathematics from Northern Kentucky University.
