Ivan Garay has extensive experience in production management, currently serving as Production Manager at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since December 2012, where responsibilities include ensuring safety, process, quality, service, and cost standards while managing a production area and leading a team of 30-40 individuals. Prior to this, Ivan held positions at Sandvik from July 2004 to December 2012, starting as an Operario involved in the fabrication and quality verification of tooling and advancing to Delineante Proyectista, focusing on designing tooling using Pro-engineer, NX, and Auto CAD. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Production Organization and Industrial Plant Management from UPC School, various specialized certifications, and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
