Douglas Back is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of diamond cutting tools for the mining and construction industries. Currently serving as a Prototype Tooling Support Engineer at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since February 2008, Douglas is involved in research and development activities. Prior to this role, Douglas worked as a Machine Shop Manager at Saber Diamond Tools from May 2002 to February 2008, where management of shop activities was a key responsibility. Douglas completed education at Columbus State Community College and attended Ashland Senior High in Ashland, Ohio, from 1978 to 1980.
