Ralph is a Managing Director and operating partner in CDPQ’s European Private Equity team. He has more than 20 years of experience as an executive, advisor, and board member of private companies across a range of sectors, including financial services, business services, technology, and industrials.
Before joining CDPQ, he was an operating partner at Montagu Private Equity, the CEO of a private equity-backed European infrastructure provider, a partner at Bain & Company, and an investor and operational advisor to start-ups.
Ralph joined the Howden Group Board in November 2020.
