Ivan Avila is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Sr. QA Analyst at Hypergiant since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ivan worked at WorkTango Inc. as a Scrum Master and QA Lead, optimizing workflows and leading cross-functional teams from February 2020 to December 2022. Ivan's extensive experience also includes managing a medium-sized QA team at Fjord/Accenture, where responsibilities encompassed QA procedure establishment, staffing, and project management. Additionally, Ivan has held various positions in customer service and sales, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
