Heli Prieto Dimoftache worked as a Field Service Engineer for Hyosung America from January 2020 to the present. In this role, they handled various tasks related to ATMs, such as changing parts, installation, repair, failure analysis, and software reload. Heli also made decisions to improve efficiency and time management in their role. Prior to this, from July 2017 to December 2019, they worked as a Carpenter for Unique JF. Before that, from March 2015 to February 2016, they worked as an Assistant at Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín (URBE).

Heli Prieto Dimoftache's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín for a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, which they completed in 2015.
