Lisa Heinkel, RHU, REBC began their work experience in 1991 as a Sales Assistant at Physicians Health Plan, where they worked until 1997. In 2004, they joined Signature Care as a Client Service representative and worked there until 2005. From 2005, Lisa joined Hylant Group as a Client Service Manager, where they currently hold a position.

Lisa Heinkel, RHU, REBC obtained their high school diploma from Elmhurst High School between 1981 and 1984.
