Jodi Lynn Manton has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2004, they started their career at Bed Bath & Beyond as a Department Lead/Inventory Control/Bridal Consultant, where they were responsible for suggestive ordering, task allocation, and providing excellent customer service. Jodi Lynn worked in this role until 2012.

In 2010, they joined WMIC as a Licensed Insurance Agent and held the position until 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, Jodi worked at BridgePoint Risk Management, first as a Personal Account Technician and later as a Personal Lines Account Executive.

In 2019, they joined Heller Kowitz Insurance Advisors as a Personal Lines Account Manager, and in 2020, they transitioned to Hylant as a Client Service Specialist.

Jodi Lynn Manton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Lourdes University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
