Deborah Bubp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Talent Officer at Hylant, Deborah has held multiple positions including Vice President of Talent Management and Talent Manager. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Clemans, Nelson, & Associates, Inc., and Assistant Auditor at the Auditor of State - Ohio. Deborah holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Personnel Management from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Toledo.
