Andrew Austin has extensive experience in the water and wastewater industry, currently serving as a Technical Consultant and Head of Technical Services Development at Hydrosave (UK) Ltd since April 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Interim Director Lead for Asset Management and Investment Delivery at South Staffs Water from December 2021 to April 2022. Andrew also served as Technical Director at Hydrosave AES from July 2020 to December 2021 and was Strategic Planning Manager (Water) at Northumbrian Water Group Limited from April 2019 to July 2020. Andrew’s career at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) spanned nearly two decades, during which roles included Network Performance Manager and Strategic Network Manager, focusing on strategic management across various facets of water and wastewater networks, such as resilience planning and network optimisation.
