Ben Silverman currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Hydronic Shell Technologies, starting January 2024. Previously, Silverman held roles as a Board Member and Advisor at Peko, focusing on ecological challenges and microbiome development, and as the CTO and Co-Founder of Upward Farms, which aims to improve food systems. Silverman's early career includes positions as a Designer at Enclos Advanced Technology Studio, an Engineer Intern at Thornton Tomasetti, and an intern at Atelier Ten. Additionally, Silverman contributed to social design advocacy as the Director of Projects for Architecture for Humanity NY. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Product Architecture Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
