Oliver Ashby has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Oliver started their career at Orgtel in 2009 as a Sales Team Manager, managing a team that covered various sectors including finance, risk, accountancy, technology, and change management. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Manager, overseeing a team that specialized in finance, risk, accountancy, technology, change management, insurance, and actuary. In 2014, they joined Real Staffing as a Sr Manager/high-level Regulatory, Clinical & Biometrics Headhunter until 2018. Since 2018, Oliver has been with Hydrogen Group, where they first held the role of Associate Vice President (Life Sciences) - West Coast. Currently, they are serving as Vice President - Life Sciences US.

Oliver Ashby obtained their BSc(Hons) degree in Psychology from Loughborough University, which they attended from 2006 to 2009.
