Melusi Tshabalala, MBA, M.Inst.D, currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for both Hydrogen-Africa and SolarQuarter, and is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Mesama Energy. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director of Sakhumnotho Power at Sakhumnotho Group Holdings, Head of Origination and Business Development for Southern Africa at ENGIE Africa, and positions in projects and commercial management at ACTOM (Pty) Ltd. Additionally, Melusi held a sales management position at Siemens and worked as a Sales/Proposals/Projects Engineer at ABB. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Durban University of Technology.
