Gary Noto has been in the industrial cleaning business for 38 years, 27 of those years with HydroChem and its predecessor companies. Gary will serve as Vice Chairman and member of the board of HydroChemPSC. Prior to the coming together of HydroChem and PSC, Gary led the HydroChem team of 3,000 employees across 43 geographic locations as CEO.

Gary has started business operations from the ground up as well as merged company cultures through the course of multiple HydroChem acquisitions, all focused on providing industrial cleaning services to the refining, petrochemical, utility, paper, and other heavy industrial markets. His skill of motivating people and teams to work together focused on providing a safe, quality service in a tough environment has been the core of his success and has produced growth and return to company investors.

Gary is a 1978 graduate of Nicholls State University with a degree in Marketing. He has been married to his wife, Kim, for 38 years and they have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren.
