Valérye Barbeau, CRHA, M.Sc., serves as a business partner in talent and culture at Exo – Réseau de transport métropolitain since February 2020, previously holding the position of analyst in the same department. Key accomplishments include conducting HR process audits, creating interactive HR forms, developing automated dashboards, and overseeing salary equity. Prior experience includes roles as an HR analyst at Quincaillerie Richelieu ltée and Sogema Technologies Inc., focusing on HR process improvements, performance indicator reporting, and employee management across Canadian and U.S. operations. Valérye holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, a Certificate in Cyber-investigation from Polytechnique Montréal, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université de Montréal.
