Roxanne D'Onofrio is a seasoned professional in the field of municipal relations and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Hydro One since June 2024. Prior to this role, Roxanne worked at StrategyCorp Inc. from October 2021 to May 2024, where positions included Senior Consultant and Consultant. Additionally, Roxanne gained experience as an Associate Consultant at Navigator Ltd. between September 2020 and October 2021. Roxanne holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs, Political Science, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a focus on Law and Governance, both from Université de Montréal.
