Marcus Courtney is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and engagement. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Hydro Tasmania since June 2021, Marcus previously held roles at Possability as both the Selection and Engagement Lead and Selection and Engagement Coordinator, where key responsibilities included collaborating with managers on recruitment processes and maintaining adherence to legislative requirements. Prior to this, Marcus served as a Recruitment and Training Coordinator at Metro Tasmania Pty Ltd, and held various HR roles including Human Resources Assistant. Earlier experience includes an internship focusing on Human Resource Management at the University of Tasmania, where Marcus contributed to the Employer of Choice Program, and a scholarship program through the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Tasmania.
